Hay rjshae I noticed one problem with the guarded bridge, The door porticullis for the tower enterance is too wide it extends out into the bridge walkmesh itsself and hampers movement through that side of the main porticullis opening. any way you could fix this?

Thanks Kanis

If you're talking about the side entrance, I can't fix that because the placeables.2da file only allows one default door. But I deliberately sized the opening so you can remove that porticulis and replace it with a standard exterior door.

I should probably have added a note about that. Sorry.

No problems about no notes being added as truthfully I didn't even think about changing it to a different doorImage IPB.

Also thanks for the great contentImage IPB

I'm messing around with this. I should have some screenshots at some point. May I request some bridge support pillars designed to stack, to allow putting the bridges over deeper openings.

The bridges all use a spreading pedestal at the bottom, which is textured for a waterline and is wider than the arch base. I could make a larger pillar that would wrap around that pedestal, but that might not look very elegant. Hmm, maybe if I round the pillar caps and give them a different texture?

I think it would just need two types of pillars: one for the normal support and another for the tower bridge. Those could then be stacked end-to-end. Maybe a second pair that is larger than the first so the pillar can get wider toward the base? Plus a complete set for both textures. That would be eight total, but it should be relatively easy to do.

Right now what I've done is stack the bridges, roman aquaduct style. That works well enough, but dnd doesn't need to bother as much with physics/engineering and the support pillar can make for more dramatic views. The support pillars don't need fancy geometry, just straight column pillars would be fine.

Yup. Since they can always be scaled I actually only need to make three; two for each texture and one for the tower bridge. The top part I'll make sloped inward.

Also make the crystal white and tintable please, and a sideways rotated version for putting in walls :-)

Hmm, I'll have to see if I can split the color channels.

Even a single color tint option would be fine. It is crystal after all, so normally you'd expect uniform coloration.

I know but the material has a nice mix of blue and violet, so I prefer to retain that subtle variation. It shouldn't be too difficult.

Here's a test shot showing your stuff in action (as well as zspirit crystals)

Interesting mix there. I hadn't quite pictured a mossy bridge being underground, but as long as it works. Thanks. :)

I'm currently working to finish up the metatile updates and then hopefully I'll get to your additions.

There's an underground river down below. I could always switch out for the plain stone version, as the water level I want isn't really visible.

I uploaded a revised copy here that contains the two bridge columns, the tintable crystal and the sideways version. Could you give it a try and see if that works for you?

I realized pj's 2das didn't include all your stuff, so I included your 2da and switched to your models and blueprints from 1.1. Nice things, especially for smithies. One thing I noticed is that the pillar-fluted no longer has a texture on top. Previously it had a texture, now it is black. Also since there is a separate broken fluted pillar top, the upright pillar does not have this top (which looks like a mirror of the base), so it is less usable in exteriors.

Yes. I guess I could have tinted the top instead of making it black. I'll explore it a little....

Don't they?

What have you found to be missing? I count 66 lines on the 2da (7183 - 7249) = 63 models (3 blank lines) and I have 65 utps so I have some extra ones? Have I double counted some utp's

Didn't they?

They didn't. Only about 1/2 of them. The smaller objects tended not to be in there. I used the latest stuff from the Vault, downloaded today.

I think they are all there, now many utp's did the download have?

I count 65 how many did you get? I wonder if I have doubled up on some of them. I can fix it a V4

It wasn't the utps, the 2da was missing entries for things.

Okay I'm going to check again. I copied RJS 2da across directly and it seems to have the same no of entries as mdb's.
