It's really freakin' hard to find Quarian Armor in Mass Effect? 'Cause I found strong and great armor for everyone else, but Ashley seems to hog all of the good armor. Wrex is in his iconic Armor: Mercenary X, don't know about Garrus, but finding armor for Tali is pretty hard. So far, I think I only have about 3 suits for her...

Perhaps that's why there's an option for a set of quarian armor from Bring Down the Sky.

Hmm, I hate doin' that DLC since I hate traveling with the Mako most of the time. I don't think I've ever completed all of the side quests from there, but the Omni-tool is great, and that's what I give to Tali.

It's hard. I usually eventually find some from one of the vendors eventually, but usually I pick up Phoenix at some point. This is the one time I found Colossus:

This may seem a little uncouth but I just use the armor glitch to slap another races armor on her.

Lol, but that's just too complicated. I'll keep looking, but I hate the vendors. They have crappy stuff.

tbh its very rare for me not to get the Colossus armour for Tali, its usually the first to appear.

Easiest way to do it (at least on Xbox) is save at the downstairs spot in the Normandy, before you talk to the Requisitions guy. Then just keep checking his inventory and reloading the save point until you see Quarian pieces. As long as you have the licenses, they'll pop up in no time.
edit: One other thing. You should be docked at a major hub when you do it (Citadel, Noveria, Feros). That way he changes his inventory. AND, I think it only works after you've finished a main quest (like the Feros or Noveria questline).

Yeah Quarian is hard, but I think the hardest is good light human armor. I can never Equip Kaidan and Liara with good stuff at the same time. I do find myself, however, with infinite omni gel thanks to Turian armor...

Man, I wish they'd kept some Colossus armor for ME2 and ME3. I love it. Especially Tali's.

Yeah I really dig that armor, and always get that from BDTS for Tali. I never really care to get it for Shepard though. I stick to the N7 "Onyx" armor despite its poor stats, because I really like having the N7 logo. I'm glad ME3 allows you to have it on most of the custom armors.
