I am on the third level of the game (after defeating qunari) and there is a quest called "Faith" with Sebastian (exiled prince downloaded)
After I go to the keep and kill all the enemy, the game freezes and states *loading* then no progress.
I have downloaded all the latest patches but this does not help.

Any suggestions?

If you are playing on the PC, there is a "fix" that seems to work, though it only seems to affect those that have Legacy and the latest patch installed. Here is the link to the possible solution:

I have also read that some people who use armor mods, or the Legacy armor from the DLC, might get this same glitch. It has been suggested that if you move those items to the storage chest in Hawke's Estate, then you may avoid the glitch altogether. I haven't tested this, but figured it would be an easy enough thing to try out.

Good luck.

Did you try hitting the Esc button when you get the loading screen? That always works when I get it.  Although now that I think about it, I'm not sure if that's for Faith or Repentence.

The Faith glitch, in Act 3, has never responded to the Esc key with me. The old thread that I was originally a part of for this glitch, had another poster who posted that trick; not sure if anyone that was having that problem at the time, got it to work. The link I posted above, came a few months after the original thread.
