I think 'is' is appropriate, given the context. You're not talking about the languages themselves so much as the idea of of DA:I having more languages.KiddDaBeauty wrote...
More languages is awesome! =)
EDIT: Is? Are? Holy crap why did this get so difficult?
In my mind, your post is a shortened way of saying: "The hypothetical concept of DA:I having more languages is awesome!"

Or a longer way of saying, "More is awesome!"
But you're correct, more or less.

More to say:
Chinese subtitles are enough. I know the voice will be too expensive. In Taiwan the Elder Scrolls and Witcher are more popular and they have traditional Chinese. I don't know which is the cause and which is the result, but still I hope there will be a DAI in Chinese.
Some of the fans even set up a DA wikia in Chinese. It is not complete yet.

How passionate they are!
A Free Trade Zone has been found in Shanghai this year. Maybe Xbox One and PS4 and more games will be sold in Mainland of China. I don't know when but I hope it will be soon and it may be a chance to increase the sales.

Considering the trailer of China Rising of BF4, I'm sure Bioware can also do well in the translation

Totally support this! Games like this should be translated to the most spoken languages.

IF they don't do it, in their defense, I will say that it is a LOT of work. Dragon Age has so much dialogue so even if there are enough fans in China to consider it, they may not do it.

Which Chinese?
The difference between Simplified Chinese(CHN-S, used in mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia) and Traditional Chinese(CHN-T, used in Taiwan, HongKong, Macau) is so limited, that people seldom have any problem in understanding the other one. The CHN-S and CHN-T are just 2 different writing systems, one character has its very exact version in the other system, just like color and colour. That is much less than the difference between Ferelden English and Orlaisian.
As for vocabulary, the CHN-S and CHN-T users may have their own statements for one thing. However, due to the nature of Chinese vocabulary, you can instantly know what others are talking about, sometimes even a slang you've never seen before.
This situation in grammar is similar.
CHN-S and CHN-T both come from ancient Chinese language(I prefer to say the ancient Chinese writing system), and CHN-S was put in use in the 1950's. Thanks to the educational traditions of Confucianism Culure Sphere, Chinese language users always begin their study on ancient Chinese since very young age(like 5 years old). Now you can see why CHN-S users have no difficulty in understanding CHN-T, they've been trained to understand the origins of their own language before their puberty rebellion.
So whatever Chinese Bioware's gonna use in subtitle, there's no problem for all Chinese language users to understand. Actually, over 90% mainland Chinese players(CHN-S users) buy CHN-T Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4. Others either chose not-so-expensive Russian version, or get English version, which is nothing to do with the CHN-S/T problem.
But it's much more complicated for the speaking language. And I don't think Chinese voice acting is a wise decision. Not wise until Bioware's gonna establish a Bioware Shanghai or a Bioware Beijing.
As far as I can remember, Bioware has had a CHN-S game, Jade Empire(翡翠帝国). So it's not anything new for them. Andrew House has confirmed that PS4 will go into the China market. Microsoft has also invested a Chinese company BesTV(百视通) to put forward Xbox One localization in China. If you've got CHN-T version, the CHN-S version is only a code thing.
In conclusion, whatever Chinese they've decided to use, there's no problem for all Chinese language users.

A sub should be doable. If they don't have time, maybe they can allow fans to mod the game so that it is subbed in different languages?
In fact, there has been some fantastic fan work done, for both DAO and DA2. Here I can show you what the final work is like. You don't have to understand the language, just check the look of it. Guys have translated all the codex and poems. I personally respect that. But an official version means much more, really.
