Most disappointing fight in your gaming history

Also dragon fights in Skyrim. My sneak attack modifier got so absurdly high that I was 1 shotting Elder Dragons with them. Even if I wasn't able to get off the backstab then the fight in general as a melee character was "stand around until dragon lands, stab him for 3-4 seconds before he takes off and resume waiting"

You just run around a room and press a few switches while the otherwise invincible queen chases you. Its actually quite enjoyable if you listen to the Benny Hill theme whilst playing.

Kaysen and George from Deadly Premonition.
-.- near bloody ruined the game for me. Like I've b!tched before: from awesomely weird and creative to scooby-doo and zombie island... wait, I'm sure the antagonists for that film had better motives.

Or in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. He's difficult in that one unless you wanna be cheap and use Sonic Blade on him.AresKeith wrote...
Fite him in DDD
He'll show you what's up
The boss battles I've encountered are usually okay, but there some that disappoints. Off the top of my head.
I'm gonna say the final boss of Persona 4 & Golden - I love the game but that boss battle itself was not nearly as tense as that of Nyx or Erebus in Persona 3: FES -- Especially Erebus, that entire epilogue requires patience and grinding.
The Joker in Arkham Asylum - Now that was a disappointing final boss given how straightfoward the boss battles were in general in that game.
Resident Evil 4 - Osmund Saddler
If there's one thing that Capcom usually does right then it's the boss battles but this one was not among them - Especially since it offers you an easy way out by handing you a Rocket to finish him off.
Most of the B&B unit (excluding Laughing Octopus) - MGS4
Kojima is that kind of man who usually thinks outside of the box but most of the bosses, particularly the B&B unit in MGS4, was disappointing and uninspired.
BioShock
The twists, the atmosphere, the setting, Sander Cohen, all of it great; Except for that one boss battle at the end.
The actual final boss - Peace Walker
I think what is mostly uninspired, among other things about this battle, is the music, lol

Batman Arkham Origins- Electrocutioner, was it supposed to be funny either way a fail and sh!t boring but he was always a trash character comics and beyond same goes for Firefly.
Fallout 3- Colonel Autumn, easy, stupid and boring.
ME&2- Human Reaper and Benezia, one was so boring i fell asleep and another was bugged to hell.
Diablo 3- Most bosses but especially Maghda and Butcher, one for the most horrible character design ever or close and she was no challenge and blizzard basically sh!t on Butcher battle if you compare it with D1.

Hardly, it was lame in comparison to fighting Rex in MGS1 or the Rays in MGS2. The music was horrible.General TSAR wrote...

As weird and quirky as I found the game was at the beginning, I was in no way prepared for the mess that was the end. And on top of all that, the QTE-spider-stairs messed up my thumb pretty badly. I had to use my palm to waggle the stick after a while. I'm old, my joints, etc. etc.
Another vote for RE5's Wesker, less about the actual fight/boulder punch and more the fact that I didn't really want him to die. Am I horrible?

Honorable mention would probably go to Solidus Snake in MGS2. Come to think of it, most of my disappointments are botched final boss fights.

Vivec in TES III: Morrowind. Picked the fight and thought it would be fun, nope.
LOL
I had the Royal Signet Ring which had 100% magic reflect and I simply beat Vivec to death with my bare fists when he ran out of mana.

Orsino in DA2 not because I was disappointed in the fight but the lame reason I had to fight him and finding out he was "O". So basically the man who was calling Meredith evil for years for treating the Mages so bad because they "might" turn into an abomination all of a sudden proves her correct and admits to being friends with a serial killer? WTF? So dumb.
Haha.
I didn't know that Orsino would turn into an abomination even if you helped the mages.
It made me feel a lot better for siding with the Templars.

Yu Yevon in Final Fantasy X was pure crap, though. Can you at least let me die in that fight? Ugh.
Solidus Snake in MGS2 was also pretty bad. And, yeah, Skyrim's Alduin.

Kai Leng round 1 - The guy is so pathetic it really shows the "writers" fight for him.
Sovereing - Making Saren kill himself was great, Sovie taking control of his corpse was promising... and then it´s just a geth hopper with better stats. Benezia also deserves a mention, standing there and doing almost nothing.
The Titan in Risen 1 - I´d really like to know how a Zelda boss was considered a good idea. Also, only one way of beating him.
Arishok in DA2 - Kite, kite, kite. Extra points for calling it a duel.
Meredith - Do abilities work against her? In the end it was around half an hour of concentrating attacks and evading hers.
Starbrat from ME3 - the bad guy decides the terms you end the game, can´t fight it (after EC not even shoot it), and makes zero sense narratively or thematically.
