Pretty much all the boss fights in Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Same for me.

Also if I didn't play leaked Beta, I would have wasted my non-lethal ammunition and boss would still die in a cut-scene.

I dunno, as bad as the bossfights were in DX:HR, the Namir takedown glitch is almost redeeming all the fail.

Glorious!

Also, the last boss in every single Fire Emblem game I've played. I had expected to use all of my troops' skills to bring them down. They just required two or three units.

To be fair, most of the end bosses can only be decently damaged by two or three units, and can OHKO the rest.

Aside from the final fight with Ashera in RD, in which all I could do was send Ike and the laguz lords forward and have everyone else hang out on the edges like spectators, most final battles involved fully active teams - although the bulk of my units were only there to distract mooks away from the heroes/heavy hitters.

It's become routine. Disappointing? Kinda. I think all of the Greil mercs deserved a shot at the Black Knight in PoR, for one thing.

Mine is Kingdom Hearts 2's 1000 heartless battle. I should've known it would stink as the Axel battle in flames also stunk, so did every other battle in the game. They were just too easy compared to the enemies in the first game and Chain of Memories.

Chill...Kingdom Heart's regular enemies aren't all that.

I thought all of that too until recently, actually. I only just beat the first Kingom Hearts game this year, and it had always been the hardest in the series to me.

I was quite a bit older by the time I played II, and it seemed much easier.

Now that I've beaten KH, it's really not that hard. Just have to know what you're doing, honestly.

So yeah, to the OP, I guess I would suggest that you play KH again, because it's probably not as hard as you probably think it is. I know I was surprised.

I'll use images to express the fights I thought were disappointing. Some were more disappointing than others. Others were just down-right awful.
