I'm sure others have noticed this, but I will comment on it anyways.

In the brief period that you are able to control Jenkins, you're able to equip anything you want on him.  When playing an import / new game+ , the game imports your inventory.  I took the opportunity to equip Jenkins in the krogan battlemaster armor X, and fully decked out Specter  weaponry.  Figured I might as well try to save him for kicks.  However he proved to be too much of a inept soldier to save, even when being 'born' with a silver spoon in his mouth (so obviously scripted, and knew as much before hand).

Anybody else try to deck out Jenkins on an secondary run in an effort to save him(Paragon)?
Or did you fleece him down to his tidy whities, and convert his gear to omni-gel(Renegade)?

P.S. no Jenkins doesn't look different when in krogen, quarian, or turian armour

Jenkins has the opposite of plot armor, he has red shirt armor.

You could turn him into a reaper and he'd still die.

BTW, when a squad mate dies, you get their gear back. So feel free to give Wrex the best gear available and then kill him on Virmire.

Maybe he does have plot armor! But he's just putting it on inside out.

About the only way a lvl 60 solider in battlemaster armor can die a few from geth potshots

I was more surprised with what appends with Nihlus. I seem to remember Bioware even putting up a character page along with Ashley and Kaidan. I didn't know if he'd be a squad member, because hell even Garrus looks very different from the Turian in the early teasers, but I was convinced he would be a major player. Not that I am complaining, killing these characters really set a tone for the series.
