Do you have to purchase any of the bard skills to get the stat boosts?The problem I'm running into is I'm simply not getting the +2 Willpower stat boost when I level up. I got Bard at level 7 and I'm currently at 22 willpower, 16+6-Level 15 currently.
I did delay on getting the Bard skills. I only got the first one at Level 13. So now I'm wondering why I'm not seeing the boosts in Willpower that I am with Cunning.

The +2 boost isn't base, but counts as a buff. So part of that +6 will be from the bard spec.

But isn't it +2 each level, so it should be +16 by the time I reach the 15th level.
