I like the krogan sentinal because of the color schemes you can get. The pheonix models are pretty good too.

Collector Captain and Geth Prime are the two best models, imo.

If not enemies, then I guess I'd give it to their playable counterparts. The Prime's antennae complete the look and I was slightly disappointed that the ACA didn't have those devilish horns. Still, close enough.

I've always been partial to the quarian costume and character model. So many other cool ones though; I can't think of any that I dislike.

Probably one of these two, I haven't decided which way I'm going yet but I'm currently using the right-hand appearance for my Canadians. (Paladin, Destroyer, Demolisher, Slayer.)



I like my Drell as well, I generally have a theme towards groups. Might do a "line up" post some day to show off if I get bored.
