The other organization wants the relays to be fixed so that the world can be as it was; to progress and to rebuild and to advance more. You start of from the organization ( you are a secret agent sent to kill the leaders of the other organization. After B winning the war between two organizations you are sent of to gather the remains of the relays to begin building. As the construction begins on the relays, you have side missions to complete and speed up the process and as you do the mission you complete one of the relays and something malfunctions sending you (you or your ship) to another universe where there are new aliens and races far higher advanced then you are. Finding out that they wanted to hide from other aliens and they altered/blocked the path of the relays long time ago so they could stay hidden to protect themselves from other species from finding them and lead to the desire of becoming more powerful. The new aliens tell you that they have finally mastered on where to stop and end progression. As you are fascinated by their technological advancement you choose to stay and become part of them after 10 years of spending time and being with them you choose to go back and have a look at what the organizations B have accomplished and where are they with their progression. Upon returning you are questioned and so sort of interrogated nicely by your boss. After you are done with your boss you notice that your boss has used the reapers technology to advance 100,000 as they did with the protean artifact they have found on mars. Now your boss has decided to invade the new galaxy which you have accidently found and take over and advance more. You don’t agree with your boss but you join the mission. As you go to the new galaxy a war breaks out between new aliens and your cycle’s species leading an ultimate win for the new discovered aliens as they would know this would happen, they were prepared 100’s of years ago. The new aliens kill everyone including your boss, and sparing you. Leaving you to return to where you came from. You are now the leader of the Organization ( called the Cerberus. The threat rises once you return back to your own galaxy noticing that leviathan controls every species in the galaxy and all the people but not being able to control your mind because you are already being controlled(mentally protected) by new aliens. Realizing you were all just tools of the leviathan and you only became the tool of the new aliens after discovering them. Flashback: billions of years ago. There was a war between the new aliens (peace and prosperity) and leviathan (control over all) that the leviathan is using everyone to get to the new world to finish the war that it began very long time ago. You then decide to go back to the new alien world to form an alliance and to find a way to defeat the leviathan and stop the indoctrination of the sole system. They refuse by telling you that they have no interest of restarting a war. And it does not concerned them that leviathan can not find them. They were wrong. Organization A was controlled by the new aliens secretly trying to block any path to their new world Organization B (Cerberus) was controlled by Leviathan that wanted to find the new aliens but new aliens lost the cold war. Realizing that the relay did not malfunction and leviathan purposely sends you to the new world and now leviathan knew where the new aliens are and is coming for them. To be implemented with the above story:
1. Multi Level galaxy/new races and speices.
2. Race/Background story /powers customization
3. at least one or two mission about the background story and how he/she/it came to be.
-would be nice if the whole crew could come along the mission and you were able to play as them but only make choices with the main character like Dragonage.
-Long story.
