On the Mass Effect 2 Soundtrack track listing, there are two characters other than the 9 squadmates that has their own track.
One is the Illusive Man, the other is Legion.
Considering the 10th party member probably has a track just like the rest of them, our 10th party member is either Legion or The Illusive Man. The latter is..let's just say "unlikely".
And then there are the Xbox 360 achievments showing Legion.
They don't show Legion, really, but they are a pretty good indication that he's the 10th, since they're next to all the other squad member achievements.
