Dragon Age has some of the ugliest elves i've ever seen...and they got even more ugly in DA2. Normally I do play an elf in fantasy RPG's, but not DA.

Human Female Rogue just cuz it was my favorite from DAO and DA2 but then I really wanna do a Qunari Mage. I may even start with the rogue for an hour then switch to the Qunari and go back and forth from there! Maybe... I'll have to see how I feel about it when I get the game in like what? A YEAR. Sadness.

They've been improved for DA3, though.  I haven't seen them in the game, but  from the concept art or whatever you call those gray CG models, they appear to be much improved.

Female Dwarf Rogue
Female Elf Rogue
Female Human Mage
Male Human Warrior

I'm also playing around with a male Dwarf warrior build, but I played several of those in DA:O so maybe I'll change it up a bit.

Elves were actually the race I played the most in DA:O. I thought they were better looking than the other races, that's for sure (well, what I mean by that is I was able to create a better-looking elf than a human or a dwarf. The in-game characters were pretty damn ugly.) DA2's elves were pretty awful, but taking a look at the released character models for DA:I, it makes me really excited for them.

I've already decided I'm going to play a female elf, and am currently toying around with potential male elf builds in my mind. So we'll see!

I'm thinking a Qunari Female Rogue who specializes in dual-wielding, since I was an Elf Warrior Archer in Origins and a Human Spirit Healer in DAII. If I don't find like the way Bioware handles the RP aspect of being a Qunari, then I'll probably change her race to a dwarf.

After that, my future playthroughs will be random (although I'll never go female or human)
