Can't load need custom talk table. were do i get it?

you can open the module in question in the toolset. then under -module properties - custom content
should be a field for the talk table. see what it's name is, and chances are, you will find out where to get it. it's either a CEP tlk (probably an old one then, and you need to dig into some old cep downloads) or a custom one from sands of fate, in which case you need to take a second look at the sands of fate downloads
edit: the module requires cep2_v1.tlk in your tlk folder. it should come with any cep download since 2.0. i know for sure i have it with a pure 2.4a install

Thank You Gruftlord. Cep2 was what I needed. The Sands of Fate now works.
