Why should it just be male Krogan to female Human anyway?

Never mind. It shouldn't be either to either ever. I mean, each to his own, but... No.

So A human romancing a turian is okay, but a humanxkrogan romance isn't? Think it's safe to say, that love can happen between in race in the ME universe. Now can the actual sex thing happen between all the races?......That I don't know, but safe to say that interspecies sex does happen.




Don't forget that case of Scale Itch going around the Normandy in ME2......and that meant someone was doing something with a non sapient alien species. (more than likely Kelly)

Basically, I think that in ME universe as long as it is sapient-with-sapient species - it's not bestiality, so in interspiecies couples departament - anything goes... and therefore happened... FORNAX.

But Krogan on Human action would surely leave 1 human casualty... especially, if the Krogan would want to just show the girl HIS LOVE... hue hue

1.They are very loyal-Grunt stayed by Shepard's side to the end
2.They have interesting stories-Warlord Okeer

In the case of Garrus, I think it's okay because Garrus wasn't introduced as a romance option. He wasn't put into the game as 'token alien romance #2'. My problem with the OP here is that this seems to be the case. It ignores that in a somewhat believable Mass Effect universe, humans would rarely be attracted to krogans, and the other way around would be even rarer. It simply calls for krogan-human relationships being present and that just sounds silly to me. I don't think Mass Effect should be this super-happy place where love is abundant and without prejudice - I like my Mass Effect with the bias and the subtle distrust that would only be natural for this kind of setting. Ironically, this is also what can make a relationship to an alien species even more beautiful, since they're overcoming cultural taboos.
This thread wants to just advocate krogans and humans hooking up. And preferably male krogans and female humans for whatever reason. It's an alien romance for (apparently) all the wrong reasons.

I'd be okay with a subplot of one human or krogan having feelings for a krogan/human, if it's done properly, but that's about as far as I can go. Actual relationships between these species seems a bit too ridiculous to me.
Tali and Garrus is already a stretch, but I'm willing to accept the odd exception now and then, especially because they weren't introduced to the series as 'aliens you can sleep with'.

Mordin refers to krogan sexual deviants that find salarians attractive, so while I think it's very weird, it's not 100% far fetched for one to like a human. It's very unlikely for Bioware even to consider, let alone make it make sense for either of the involved characters.

I don't get your last point, though. Tali and Garrus weren't introduced as that either in the first game.

It was the first game I was talking about there, too. Tali and Garrus as romance options seems more natural because you've gotten to know them as people. They weren't romance options in ME1, but that changed in ME2 due to fan feedback (supposedly). And that's cool. Some fans wanted to romance them because of their personalities, not (strictly?) because of their race

And frankly, in the setting, any reference to krogan attraction to humans is going to be treated purely as a joke. Just look at EDI's comments after completing the rite with Grunt in ME2. Grunt receives a number of breeding requests, and one for Shepard, at which point Grunt laughs. I found that pretty amusing.

Yeah because turians romancing is like the komodo lizard romancing spreading poisonous venom with every touch , and the salarians , oh the salarians , they jump around like frogs and drag you underwater to drown you while mating , and let's not forget the drell or the hanar that fill you up with mucus .. Need i say more? If all the other races can romance , i definitely don't see a problem for krogans.

This. The attraction to asari for species wildly different from them is due to something that humans don't have - Mordin has his suspicions on what this 'weird feeling around asari' is, but that's not stated with certainty.

If Krogan are going to be able to romance any race other than Asari and other Krogan, it would probably be Salarians (at least we have evidence it isn't impossible. i.e: Mordin). Maybe even Turians if you want to go that route. The thing is, Krogan are one of those species that is mostly close-minded when it comes to mating. They think that most of the other races (humans, Salarians, Asari, etc.) are too soft, and thus, unattractive. Also, the fact of the immense size and weight of a single, full grown, Krogan makes mating with other species physically dangerous for the non-Krogan. Of course there are exceptions to this, as there are in every species, though they seem to be particularly rare amongst Krogan.

Plus, a Krogan romancing a human would be like a horned Qunari romancing a dwarf. It CAN work... but it won't be pretty.
