Based on your manifest you're a really new player. Did you make sure to install all of the multiplayer DLC's? They're free, and if you don't install them you'll only be able to play with others who don't have them.

I have problems finding decent platinum lobbies, on occasion taking up to half an hour. Golds are pretty quick and silver's are instant.

When do you usually play? I'm primarily a PS3 player, but I've been dabbling in PC play for this game. I can try and hop on when you are, maybe do some duos at the least.

Apparantley it's because I did not have the collector dlc installed which is strange because I remember installing all the dlc before I started playing. Thanks for puting me in that direction.

Make sure you have your ports forwarded in your Router and your firewall allowing Origin and ME3 through.
