Fallout 3: The last mission when Liberty Prime is destroying all the enclave communists.
Fallout: New Vegas: The part when you go into that vault that is empty, you sit in that chair, watch a movie, then the walls open up with dozens of sentry bots and turrets firing at you.
Battlefield 3 Campaign: Halo jumping from a cargo plane.
System Shock 2: Any time you trip off a security camera, sending the sausage people after you.
Saints Row 3: Parachuting out of a plane shooting a people.
Uncharted 2: Fighting on a train, Running from a truck while shooting it, the final boss fight.
Uncharted 3: Getting sucked out a cargo plane while fighting enemies on it, Running from spiders down a staircase, Escaping a burning mansion, the final boss fight.
The Last of Us: The intro sequence, The fight against the fireflies at the end.
Dead Island: Riptide: Simply how gory the game is.
Skyrim: Meeting Nocturnal, The first fight with Alduin, the Dragonborn DLC when you fight Miraak.
Metro: Last Light: Fighting the mother mutant, the fight for D6.
I got a lot more to name....

Several I can mention.
The Tyrannosaurus chase in Dino Crisis. Not to mention you have to be backed into a corner with him until a door behind you unlocks.
I remember that... Had to try it out a couple of times until I figured I had to let the Dino open his mouth and then blast him with a Shotgun... Damn that game...
Also, the times where the Dinos Just go "Boo" on you... F%ck them

I´ve found that with Bound Longbow and 30+ Marksman they go down in one shot. Witchhunter for the win.
