Gold. Considering the people I usually run with , bronze and silver would be too easy, roflstomp central, gold at least gives a somewhat decent challenge, even if Its still a roflstomp its not as bad of one. platinum however is just tedious, harder then gold yes, but also tedious and boring, gold at least is still fun.

Gold, definitely.

I'd like it to be harder than it is - with four good players it's just a race to spawns. Still, I find the enemy composition much more enjoyable than in Platinum - more mooks, less bosses, no mixed factions.

Gold. Bronze/Silver have become too easy for me, but I have not yet been able to find decent Platinum random games. Usually I am able to complete public Gold games.

I would prefer Platinum for team games as well if every game was not basically me carrying my teammates wave after wave after wave.

Gold when PUGing and soloing, and Platinum for games with friends.

I prefer platinum. Infinitely more challenging than gold, way more risky, more xp, more credits, way more fun overall. However, I can only play platinum with decent players. So I don't get much opportunity to play as much platinum as I would like since I only play pugs, now I just play gold mostly. Gold is quick and easy, it's not much fun (actually gets really boring) and the credit rewards are low, but at least it's a guaranteed win each time, I can settle for that.

Gold because distinct factions (mixed factions is ok for a couple of games, but every match becomes too similar, and enemies don't work together in the same way as in separate factions), better build up through waves, lower hitpoint thresholds, can use poor weapons and melee builds more effectively, while still being challenging enough to be fun.

Gold gives mediocre players a sense that they are good, but they are not. With a good group, Platinum is even too easy.
