ME3 was pretty good about it overall, and the squad actually cooperated, whereas in 2 they would constantly break cover or run ahead even if you repeatedly directed them not to.

"Throwin' up a barrier!" *long cooldown*
"Nothin's gonna hurt me now!" *long cooldown*
"Throwin' up a barrier!" *long cooldown*

...I learned to avoid using certain squadmates.

And using others more often

It was but there's still moments I find myself going "Nice running into a hail of bullets and getting yourself killed yet again." and "Thanks for blocking my shot ***hole."

OH GOD LOL.

And the worst part was it seemed they ignored the whole "don't use powers" in the menu. Or maybe I was bugged.

Man I'm so glad to be rid of those battle barks. Even Garrus could get a little out of hand sometimes. "NEVER SAW ME COMING!"

They won't use things like AI hacking or Incinerate, but they'd still use defensive powers with ridiculously long cooldown periods. Grunt does it too. I don't think Legion did; not sure why.

I don't recall Legion doing it but you don't really have him long enough to give him a good test run.

But ugh since all the powers were on the same CD they might as well turned off defensive powers too.

"I feel it. Do you feel it?"

"Yeah, sure. I feel it. I'm counting on you. Get it done"

Garrus, Miranda, Zaeed and Jack are probably the only ones that I'd care to use on a regular basis, and it's because they're probably the most useful of the lot, but also because they're the least annoying in combat. To be fair to Samara, I have no idea what she says, because I never use her for anything other than extending the Normandy's fuel cells. I guess Legion is also one of the least annoying, but I never get him early on so he only gets his loyalty mission and the suicide mission.

Sweet Jebus I'm dying at the screaming glitch. I once got this when I did a shockwave, and the screaming just kept happening.
