I give you guys at Bioware credit for dealing with these problems, Internally and externally.
But trying to stay as respectable as possible. Shouldn't of you guys noticed the lack of info. flow eariler than you did.
Maybe you need to rework your HR department a bit because they should be proactive in finding these problems before the even occur. But I know from experiance you can't always be proactive sometime you have to be reactive to a problem once it occurs.
I not saying someone lose there possition because of these problems lately but maybe a restructring to get some new fresh and innovative idea's to help the certain problems your facing in lack of information flow and public relations. since browsing through the fourms I see a lot of unhappy customers. But then again you can't make everyone happy some people just like to nag for no reason.
I not sure but with the company im with every friday for a couple hours the HR department get together and think of new ways to make PR better / and to try to reamp information flow throughout the company. To better serve the employees and customers.
It just my own 2 cents but do with it as you please. I thought maybe working in the HR feild myself I could shoot some idea's out there for you.
But either way keep up the good work

Posts like this help nothing. PM one of the Devs if you have a problem, but don't open another thread that's going to inevitably close after flame wars start up. Seriously.

As noted, a PM to one of the devs, or perhaps (since this seems to pertain to the RtO situation) posting in the RtO thread would be a better solution. Since this isn't DA:O related, I'm going to shut it down.
