To reach 60 one needs to play two rounds obiously. But what if i would play the game once and cheat the last bit in the end to get to 60?

For example i played trough once and i was realy setisfied with the result of that game. Did evry sidequest and killed evry enemy outside of the maco and got to 58.

(And before people say that cheating is wrong and all that i have actually played this game -alot- only that i removed the saved games after and i don't feel like doing evrything twice again.) :P

Only to relise that i actually would need to play twice to get to 60. Smart as i am. <_<

Basically just wondering if we get some kind of reward or something if we play the game twice on the same Shepard or if playing once and cheating abit in the end to get to 60 gives the same result?

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before. I couldent find any thread on the search funktion about it tho.

Thanks in advance!

You would need at least two breakthroughs due to the fact you cant get over level 50 on one play through, beating the game once relieves the level cap. Also when you import your character, the higher level = higher starting credits, exp, minerals

reaching 60 in less than three plays is a bit of an accomplishment.

I think you can do it in 2 if you do everything (unlock every container, every side quest, DLC, etc).

On my first playthrough with a new character and I'm pushing 53/4 at the start of the home stretch.

that's when the xp requirements start getting ridiculous though. 59 and 60 in particular take a massive amount to hit.

Heh. Yeah it's not that i am woried about reaching 60. It's if it makes any diffrent if i am reachign 60 on the first round (With 2 levels of exp cheating.) or if i am reaching 60 in two rounds as it should be.

It took me one playthrough to get to 58-60. I finished all the main quest and side quests and saved BDtS before Ilos and I finished it during BDtS.

Huh?  I got it in 2 playthroughs with very little problem.

OH!  Am I talking to the wimps who play on less than Hardcore and Insanity?

If you are playing on insanity, and have all the XP bonuses, getting to 60 on your second playthrough is easy. I stopped to do both DLC, and then hit 60 right at the beginning of Virmire.

You need at least two playthroughs to reach level 60. You need 4 in order to max out charm and intimidate without spending skill points in either. I recently completed my adept playthrough and got him to 56 in just over 50 hours. So if you figure you speed run through at 30-40 hours per the first playthrough and on the last you do a complete run through. For a perfect level 60 character you need somewhere between 155-160 hours total (just over 6 days). I've only done that once before and man does it get repititive.

3 if you do the Eletania and Lorik Quinn exploits.

fraid not, you can only get 4 in either charm or intimidate in the first playthrough. The other one you can get is 3 max. You need at least 4 to do the Quinn exploit.

What eventually happens, on the 4th playthrough, you start out with 12 in either charm or intimidate and 11 in the other.
