Players who clutched waves 9 & 10 while you watched fom the floor because you wasted your medigel on the first half of the game? Yeah. I'm sure I played with youonce or twice.
Jesus Christ dude.
You're talking to a calibre of players who don't use all their gels in the entire match. Let alone needing them for waves 9 or 10.
I don't even remember the last time I needed all 6 gels, and I basically only pug platinums as of late. And I guarantee you I am not even close to being as good as most of the players on BSN.
If I die on Wave 1 I'll gel out of embarrassment unless my team mate is literally quick enough to res me before I hit the button.
Don't make me post more planes exploding.
A "calibre of players" who can't handle wave 1 without a full team? Color me not impressed.
Who said anything about us needing teammates? I've carried more Gold and Platinum PUG games than you have likely had mission success on for the same 2 difficulties. I solo'd Gold before challenges and then twice when challenges came out for Lone Wolf banner. The thing about it is that once you do stuff like carry almost every PUG you play, it gets to a point where it can feel like a waste of time.
In the game where you bled out 3 out of 4 waves with Boogieman he could have likely clutched the entire match if he had wanted to, but when it looks like you will be alone the entire length of the game because players like yourself won't gel that is increasing the time of the game (less players killing) and is usually a test of patience. Why should he stay and possibly have to risk clutching at another 6 waves or so? For all he knew you weren't going to gel even once the entire game (which is what I was saying about proving yourself before by gelling once or twice). Why should he turn a 20-25 minute 4 player game into a 30-40 minute solo with 3 spectators making objectives that much more difficult?
