Where exactly you can kill Oghren? Care to provide a video?

Oghren dies in DA:O, comes back to life in DAA. Anders dies in DAA, comes back in DA2. Leliana dies in DA:O, comes back in DA2 and beyond. We should be used to this by now, I just hope they don't resurrect Anders again(or justice possessing his corpse or something) or Merril.

I killed Leliana in DA:O, but Leliana's corpse seems to have been risen by a bloodmage and has been used to infiltrate the seekers of truth in DA:2. Its probably just an oversight or bug with the savegame import
Not a bug. It's intentional that she is still alive.but please remember the Leliana=DEAD flag in the planned DA:Keep tool
The DA Keep will look for whether you killed her (or attempted to, if you prefer) in DAO, and DAI will react to that. It doesn't mean she's dead in DAI, your desire to kill her and (evidently) stomp on her corpse notwithstanding.
Things are a bit more complicated with the matter of Star Wars games. The overall scenario and documentation (cutscenes, manuals, strategy guides etc) are proper EU (see C-canon below). This, however, doesn't apply to "game mechanics" and stats.
Game mechanics are the "artistic license" properties of the game that separate any computer game from reality and serve to make one more playable and enjoyable; for example Kyle Katarn carrying 10 weapons simultaneously, fully and immediately recovering from wounds simply by touching a bacta tank, bodies of defeated enemies disappearing etc., are things not realistically possible. Game mechanics are also some special effects accompanying the use ofForce powers, such as sounds and glow surrounding the caster, which never appear in the movies. Health, shield, and Force repository are also game mechanics.

then Wynne should have gotten up and walked out to if she was there. But she doesn't, she is absent from Awakenings.
Look I get it the writers liked the character, fans liked the character, I like the character so they hand waved that scene from the game to bring her back. But if we're going to act like that place has that much healing power Grey Wardens would be lined up out the door there rather than going on their callings. People coming back from the dead is a huge step to take and throw out there.

Can you prove they died? I dont seem to recall checking any of their pulses, could just be they all just faked their own deaths.

Leliana has more of a potential excuse to be alive than Oghren.
Why wouldn't Oghren be alive? He can leave or be kicked out of the party but I don't remember any chance to kill him in DAO or DAA. Is there something I missed or would the calling have got him after only 8 years? Duncan was starting to get hints of his calling after 20 years so I suppose it's possible.
