 alright i might have screwed up on two members of my party , Alistair and maybe Morrigan i guess i accidently gave them too much gifts and they like me too much and they won't give me their sidequest

i know i screwed up Alistair's quest because this is the first time im not using him as my Tank since im a Tank and i never had him in my party the first time i went to redcliff (i thought that was a story scene and he would just appear like Zevran just appears betrays you or not)

Morrigan on the other hand i don't know if i screwed her up yet she told me about the mirror but again this is the first time im not making her my love interest so i don't know if she'll tell me her side quest or not

This is no spoilers section so I will try to be as least spoilerific if I can. Finish the Redcliffe questline for the big reveal, and talk to Alistair back at camp. He might have his side quest for you then? I didn't take him with me on one playthrough to see that scene with Eamon as a 'big dramatic reveal'. He should be with you at that point at least, whether you have him in your group or not, the game puts him there (as with Zevran in his side quest).

Morrigan's companion quest is finding Flemeth's grimoire. You must do the Circle Tower quest if you haven't done that already, as she won't mention it till then.  No need to romance her if you have someone else in mind (or no one) for this playthrough.

Unless you're on a very early patch, the "got approval too high too fast" bugs should be fixed.

As mentioned, Alistair needs to have told you his big bad secret, so finish redcliffe and the urn for that since you missed the first opportunity (it's not like you can go the whole game without ever knowing that). Morrigan's mirror has nothing to do with her sidequest, that's just one of the dialogue gifts.
