He won't be a sadist or a psychopath, but he wouldn't think twice about ruthless acts in the pursuit of what he considers the greater good.

Indeed. For my first character I was considering Thranduil as well. There are lot of elven and dwarven names I take from Tolkien's books for my characters.
I was thinking of rolling a Legolas or Galadriel for an eventual elven mage myself.:happy:

Good ones. If I'll make a female dalish I'd use Galadriel as well. The dwarf is going to be called Thorin. The human I plan to do is the only one without a Tolkien reference (considering that for the qunari I'll use the Qunlat words we know to make a fitting name), since I'll call him Gawain.
