We're gonna need a bigger boat.

Anyway, the game would need to be extra long with lots more missions and plots to justify having so many characters, and that would just be way too diluted a story

And why, exactly, do we need all these individuals following Shepard around just waiting to go into the field, instead of helping their respective peoples?

Smaller crew > Bigger crew.

I'd pick out a few from there, the krogan, James, Javik, Miranda, Zaeed, Jack

No, thanks.

My ideal crew is between 6 to 8 people. ME2 already had too much squadmates.

I don't have a problem with a small crew just a bit bigger than ME3 but smaller than ME2

Gotta agree with Kaiser. The SR2 is way too small to accommodate 18 squadmates.

Grunt's room is occupied by Javik
Kasumi's room is vacant mostly
Javik's fine
Zaeed's room is potentially rented by Allers
Virmire Survivor's fine
Samara/Morinth's room is occupied by the VS
Legion's room is vacant mostly
Liara's fine
Tali's fine
Jacob's room doesn't even exist anymore
Jack's room is vacant mostly
Thane's fine
Garrus is fine
EDI's fine
Mordin's room is redesigned
Miranda's room is occupied by Liara
James is fine
And Wrex doesn't have a room anymore

So that's like 8 squadmates you would have to create entirely new rooms for, or place in random hallways. Or the bathrooms. God those places need someone.

No, a big crew like ME2 causes too many issues. ME3s size was fine.

I agree that ME3's size is fine, but I think the diversity was severely lacking. Too much humans, and not enough aliens.

There were only two humans in your ME3 squad. James, and Kaiden/Ashley.

Including Normandy crew overall.... I put EDI in with Humans as well. Asaris are close to humans, and so, yeah, the presence humans was too much for my taste.

I see what you did there, and Liara was boring.

Nope. It would be depressing if your old squadmates had nothing better to do than ride along with you. that only makes sense if they're part of the same military as you.

Um Normandy crew are not companions, also it's a human ship so ya it's going to be piloted by humans. It's been that way since the first game. EDi is a machine, she's not human and whatever Liara looks "like a human" makes no diffrence, she's not human. So again you only have two human companions, let's not forget you had more in ME2 with it's five humans.

This. If anything, we needed more humans, preferably Miranda, or maybe a Phoenix Defector. But other aliens would be awesome too, such as a Krogan, Salarian, or Batarian.

I do think there should have been 1 more non DLC squad member. Preferably a Batarian.

All true, so lets make a more accurate statement: The game with the fewest alien interactions was me3. It was all about working with the alliance. In me2 you had the largest number of alien companions, and ALL of your companions were outside the alliance. In me1 you spent most of your time interacting with aliens on the behalf of the council and alliance.

totally support. that's the way it should have gone based on if you got their loyalty and all the work you put in ME2 (and Heck ME1). if anything the Citadel DLC would have been perfect if at least you could have re recrutied at least 1 of your squad mates during the citadel party

I believe we were suppose to have a Geth Prime as a squaddie because it has dialogues and also combat dialogues...

It's time to bump up the Normandy from a frigate to a cruiser.

Definitiely agree that this should have been the Citadel DLC crew. So disappointed that not everyone was involved during the Citadel DLC storyline.
