It's time to bump up the Normandy from a frigate to a cruiser.

Lol, it could've happened, but I think keeping it the way it is is much better.

No thank you. Jack has her own business that is bigger than Shepard and so does a lot others. Do I like the crew of ME3? No. Would I want a more ME2 focused crew? Of course, but in relation to the Reaper threat, Shepard isn't the only source to win the overall fight.

Certain squadmates ought to have showed up in the war room from time to time to confer with their respective home fleets/armies, IMO. Outside the Rannoch and Tuchanka arcs.

But no, ME3's crew size (with maybe one or two more) is fine. Bad part is the first half of the game only has four, and too many forced-participation missions.

I think as the game went on more random crewmen also could have been added, a few turians, adari, a salarian or two

What jack's doing matters, but it's not even close to the importance of Shepard's business. What are you smoking, spiosz? Wrex, Mordin, Tali, Legion, each has a role to play. Jack's just protecting a few kids, Jacob's ****ing around, and Miranda's trying to save one person. They all would have been more useful on the Normandy.

If only there were missions where you could call in your past crew to come help you...

Jack is fighting on the front lines with her students, did you not play the game?

Jack would have been more useful on the Normandy, and I never liked her working for the Alliance, way too unbelievable

Jack finding herself and becoming a stronger version of herself is more important because it will help Shepard in the long run, that's why her business with her kids is a must and Shepard should realize this and RESPECT that decision on her part.

Also... they are not just "some kids".  What would Jack do exactly on the Normandy?  What would help her develop as a person (character)?

Also, she isn't Alliance in any shape or form.

This, she is only working with them because they both hate Cerberus and she can do some good which she ends up doing by leading a group of talented humans on the battlefield. I do feel Jacks content should have been expended but imo it's fine and it she grows as a person.

You know what?

That sounds like a really, really good idea. Simple yet effective.

Of course, it would ****** off the supposed anti-alien crowd, but they really shouldn't be catered to in a game with overwhelmingly themes of unity between species anyway.

I liked the "unity" I gave the Rachni,Krogan and Geth by going Renegade.

I guess you'd have a good number of Salarians and Quarians in the war room, then.

Like I said. Not people to bother catering to.

I agree. But I think she does it, because she feels like it gives her a reason to do something that she can be proud of. Jack pretty much has a clear schedule outside of fighting reapers.

In my LARP, those two races and humanity would be heads of the new galactic order after the war with the Vorcha and Batarians becoming human client races/auxilaries.

Oh yeah almost forgot, I'd place the Asari in space bantustans on backwater planets.

It's a Bioware game, LARPing is a key aspect of their latest games.

And why, exactly, do we need all these individuals following Shepard around just waiting to go into the field, instead of helping their respective peoples?
