For the purposes of disscussion, Kossith and Qunari are synonymous. Please don't argue about the name, as for this is not what this thread is for!

So now that we will be playing as a qunari, somehting has struck me. Their hair! Is it all white? Will that be our only option? (Not opposed to that as long as it matches up with lore). Sten had white hair, and all the Qunari in DA2 had white hair.

Even all the females have white hair

but THEN I stumbled upon this little promotional video gem:

And this Kossith/Qunari had black hair!

is it a rare thing like Kossith born without horns, or was it just some little concept thingy that doesn't matter?

Will we get the option to change our Qunari's hair color?

Even if white is the only colour it comes in, it'd be nice to get some 'dyed colours' like this dude.

It appears that they all have white hair. They could change it, but it'd be a little weird since we saw so many quinari in DA2 and they all had white hair.

To be able to put dyes on them like in the above picture would be really cool.

Either or. Kossith is a technical term and Qunari is the popular term.

If I were that Qunari - that string dangling under my nose would annoy the hell out of me.

But... I guess, if the Qun wills it... then it must be.

Oh Maker, PLEASE don't start this conversation again.

But to clarify:

Qunari/qunari - Ethnoreligious name, if you follow the Qun, you are a Qunari, if you do not, you are still a qunari

Kossith - Antiquan term for the belief system/people BEFORE the Qun

Tal-Vashoth - Those who have left the Quna and violently oppose it(means True Gray Ones)

Vashoth - Those who have left the Qun and do not oppose it or those of the oxmen who were never exposed to it (means Gray Ones)

No they don't. No one uses it in the story. They are the Qunari.

Stop it. Now. We've had this discussion often enough and this is not the thread for it.

That said, I wouldn't mind if the Qunari Inquisitor could only have white hair. It looks cool and suddenly having a Qunari with black or brown hair when we've only been shown white-haired Qunari until now would be a bit weird. Though maybe there'll be different shades, ranging from metallic silver to pure white or something.

I wouldn't mind having white hair or many colors, just as long as it fits with the lore.

Eh. While more variation is always nice, I won't be heartbroken if my Qunari Inquisitor doesn't have any options other than white hair

It shouldn't be a big argument regarding the Kossith/Qunari. While Qunari is the actual technical term for both the race and the religion, if people want to make up terms to avoid confusion then just let them, I guess. I'd still prefer oxmen... even though not all of them have horn... or gray giant... even though Sten's skin is brown.

As for the topic, I would hope that they have different hair colors. I'm not a big fan of Gray hair. I would be awesome to have red or black hair for our Qunari inquisitor.

The dying hair colors seems the most possible, unless they further redesign the Kossith biology again.

It isn't a made up term.
I want a Kossith mage with sexy blonde hair.

Well, made up definition then, like calling a chair a TV. Call them whatever you want.

Isn't he the one that said the term could still apply?
In my opinion a term is needed for a grey giant person born outside the qun and qunari or tal-vasoth just isn't very accurate.
