detention mission.
2 players secure a holding area on the map, into which the other 2 players bring back kidnapped members of the enemy faction and attempt to extract information from them. They will have 2 minutes in interrogate them using melee attacks etc before the holding area is overrun with a squad of suicide abominations.

Objective: Play as a Volus.

Basically, you play as a Volus. If you're not using a Volus, you die.

1. Invincible super boss appears and the team needs to pick up explosives around the map, attach them and blow up his defenses, then take him down.

2. Zombie horde mode. Basically like the first two waves of Anno's husk mode. You need to hold the line and gun down everything that comes at you in order to protect civilians.

3. Fight one completely overpowered enemy. Picture a phantom with DR for all players, who can run as fast as a drell, use tactical cloak whenever she wants, etc.

Capture area objectives could be good. You would have to have a heavily fortified area of the map, with prespawned enemies, open up just for the objective though.

4 Heavy Weapons randomly lying around the map, some mooks and one BIG superboss like a Harvester, a Gunship or Armature unit to kill in Xmins.

"Prime Time". A device (like in 1234 devices objective) spawns in the random place. All teammates (sans those who bleed out) must hack the device simultaneously. The timer on the device is only 4 seconds, but it resets whenever the squadmate is killed/staggered.
Almost forgot, the budget of that objective wave consists solely of geth primes (possible addition of dragoons, hunters and possesed scions to the budget in DLC)

It's best served raw. 

(not very) civil dispute: requires historically opposed factions. One round is spent with the geth fighting quarian, turian fighting krogan, etc. No consumables can be used during this round, and enemies still spawn. Second round: consumables are available only to the faction that won, but the round proceeds as normal in every other sense. 

Alternatively: I considedered having the winning faction complete the wave with two players and the faction that lost spawns as mooks. Whenever the mook they're controlling dies, they take control of another random enemy. If they kill the player, it would count toward their score. I just can't figure out how that would work in practice. If the players controlling mooks can cause a mission failure, they won't try to kill the players. On the other hand, what's the fun in playing mooks if you can't kill the players. Any ideas?

I kind of like this idea in theory, but it would be rather impractical with the wrong team.  A biotic or engineer squad wouldn't care a whole lot, but the poor team with a Quarian Marksman as the last man standing?  Ever try killing a Possessed Praetorian with nothing but hack-specced sabotage and melee?  Even worse if you got stuck with an Atlas/Prime as the last enemy.

We should have an objective where we have to assemble some sort of relay or object on the map. Pick the initial and final piece from the LZ then scavenge the middle portion (2 pieces) from around the map. Assemble in the correct design while under fire. If the object survives through the entire match you get a large credit bonus. Partial survival gives only a medium bonus while having it destroyed yields no bonus.

I like this idea. They could be setting up a radar or signal  device to track the incoming shuttles communications  so they know where extraction will take place . Fail to destroy it and you are going to find it much harder to extract .

Aerial Bombardment: From now on to survive extraction, one teammate needs to hold the laser guidance beam on target for the final 10 seconds. All Geth Primes/Drone Incinerates/Rocket Troopers/Venoms/Shockwaves/Scion sniping staggers and screen shakes still apply.

This sounds so cool :) 

My objective would be "Bleed out" (only wave 3 mission): The whole team will have to bleed out and die... This mission goes to certain someone.

The Golden Donkey

The player with the worst score has to kill 4 bosses within 2 minutes. The rest of the team will have to try to keep the donkey alive and help with debuffing. The donkey will take on a golden shine so everyone knows who he/she is.

Yes, the donkey can use missiles, but that would still be a contribution to the team which this is all about.
