So, after a lot of waiting, I finally decided to buy the Citadel DLC. My game is american but my mom went to Italy and brought me a 20€ PSN card. I made an europpean account and bought the DLC for 14.99€. After downloading and installing, I loaded a save after the coop and nothing happened. No email from Hacket or anything. So, I assume the DLC is region locked. Why the hell did you do this, Bioware? And how the hell was I supposed to know? Did anyone else here experience anything like that?
I know this is a long shot, but if you want to give me back the credit I'd apreciate it.

Hm... I don't see incompatibility with any versions at all, like in ME2(Czech, for example)
Maybe your DLC is corrupt? Or maybe it's with a missing file? If so, try uninstalling and installing again the DLC (Or Deleting and putting it back again).
Also, I remember that those Versions required 2 packs. The first one is 14.99 and the second one is free. Did you download both?

I very much doubt the DLC is region-locked.
Maybe this can help?

Just call EA. They helped me move all my content from one account to another account. The call is expensive though and if you call on your mobile and you run out of credit, they can't call you back. I think it's cheaper to call them in the evening.

Why not contact them online?

I've done that before and I spoke to one of the advisers. Because the code that I used was two weeks old, he couldn't help me so he told me to call EA. I guess it's good to speak to a advisors first.

The DLC is not region locked. It's the first time I'm hearing about this problem.
