Hello there,Due to some technical issues with one of my accounts I wish to transfer all stuff to another. I have Mass Effects (1, 2 and 3) and Dragon Age 1 and 2. I have them for PC and Xbox. Is there chance to move all my content that I legally purchased? I have already spoken with EA and they are merging my acounts (moving games one to another).
Thanks!

Awesome! I was hoping this was possible. I too would like to do this. Is there any chance you could walk me through the process (or at least give me an idea as to where I should start)... I'm not very familiar with the detailed aspects of this site.

Well your best bet is to go live chat with advisors and tell them you want merge your accounts. But then you will be left with situations like this e.g how to move DLC ;)

When you say "merge your accounts" does that mean that both accounts become one or that all content is transfer from one to the other? Because as of right now this is my only account. What I'm trying to do is make a different account and delete this one, but I don't want to lose things like my registered game content.

Is my problem the same as yours, or am I looking in the wrong place again?

I will give you brief history. I had 1 account with BF3 which got hacked and banned by GGC-Stream. I proved them all things + logs etc but never got an unban. I got mad. Bought new BF3 and created new account and now I want to move stuff to new account :P I got moved/merged everything. Now I need to move Bioware stuff because support wont help me LOL :D

That sucks. I hope everything works out for you. Basically what I'm trying to do is simply change my name, but since you can't do that I was hoping I could just create a new account and have my stuff transferred over to the new one.

I thought your BSN account was a sub of your EA account, and you could change your BSN name by logging into EA (this was supposed to be true a few years ago).

Does anyone know e-mail for Bioware support? I tried EA but they are sending me back here...

Bioware has not had any "Official Customer Support" as such, since they stopped distributing games themselves, back in the Black Isles Studio period, well over ten years ago.   Forums for self-help were the best you could get from them until a year ago, all of those were locked down here.  Answer HQ's moderators are doing the majority of answering there now. Their single-minded attitude toward how gamers can answer questions there hasn't encouraged much of a resident population of volunteers, so EA Help remains the only real resource, poor as it is.
