 Since this game will be giving us a much larger look at the world , as well as 4 nations (fereldan 
, Orlais , Nevarra and tevinter) do you guys think they will use this game as a spring board to introduce new areas/a new continent, or focus the next game or areas like antiva and rivain?

Tevinter and Nevarra aren't confirmed to be locations.
As for the next game, I doubt they'll introduce a new continent. I'd, howewer, focus on Northern Thedas.

I'd personally like to see if there is anything located in/beyond the ice wasteland the chasind describe.
