Cassandra allready looked perfectly fine, why turn her into an abomination? Please tell me this is a rushed version of some horrible placeholder  (Edit: I mean come on, she doesent even look remotely like herself)

She's not an abomination. The fact that you don't like her doesn't mean everyone feel the same say.
Tweaking in the faces are expected, but she's not necessarily going to change completely from the demo. The face isn't a placeholder.
I'm fine with how she looks in the video. And as for DA2 version being perfectly fine, it's again a matter of opinion. My brother didn't like her in DA2.

I think she looks great in the new engine and they did a good job at keeping all their former characters we've seen so far true to their old models. I also like Cassandra's scar on her face as it makes her far more believable as a character considering what she's been through.

Im just troubled that she doesent look like she did in DA2 at all. Varric for example looks pretty much the same. You dont think the change is too drastic? She looks like a completely different person imo, the similarity is completely gone.

I think that Varric and Cassandra have the same level of fidelity in regards of their previous versions.

I agee. I am tired of some fans making excuses for bad drawing/bad design on Morrigan's and Cassandra's faces.
But I suspect we're stuck with it.
It may affect my Inquisitors dealings with those characters, maybe no romances with Cassandra, which will be a big letdown ,but I won't romance her if I feel she's unattractive. I may not save Morrigan if she's in danger and I might not buy dlcs, although I will buy the main game.

So you're saying that everyone who say that they're fine with their face or like them, in reality hate their face and are lying to cover Bioware? That would be ridicolous. Don't assume that the everyone should like or dislike the same things you like or dislike.

I don't even want to respond to the second part of your post. 
I'm perdectly fine with Morrigan and Cassandra's appearance, as many others. Deal with the fact that your opinions don't rapresent the opinion of everyone.

I don't like the fact that warrior women must somehow also have square jaws. Her face was much softer and oval in DA2.

Doesn't matter if she looked fine in DAE. This is an entirely different engine. It is literally impossible to just keep her DAII:E face.
And if they tried to emulate it... everything has been changed visually to match the new engine. She'd end up looking atrociously bad because she didn't change with the style. The best way to see her face isn't to compare it to the DAII:E face, it is to compare it to other DA3:I faces.

Plus, I really like the lantern jaw. Looked good on Samara also.

I'm not crazy about the changes to Cass' face. I hope it will be tweaked/reworked a bit before release. Morrigan doesn't look the same but it's not so hideously glaring if you look at the Sacred Ashes trailer. The one that got me was Varric. I didn't even realize it was him until I saw Bianca. I actually like the look for him better - he looks a little younger - but it's still different for all of them. Do we really want to see the Warden or Hawke again?

If the Warden and Hawke appear in the game they wouldn't show their faces, since the former doesn't have a canon face (or race), and people would be pissed if they use Hakwe's canon face for everyone.

I have. I think we have different opinion on the things that were posted.
Regardless, I don't have problems with people not liking certain faces: it's their business.
