Probably could've done better if I didn't melee nemeses and had kouzrah distracting me while GriM told me he was pregnant.

More seriously, the one I am least likely to use is the Spitfire. That movement speed penalty + charge up is brutal.
There's actually only a few worth using once you have them all maxed. Harrier and Talon are in their own tier. Black Widow is optimal in certain situations. Certain playstyles might favor the Wraith but I think for me the Harrier is always the better option. I've fallen out of love with the Hurricane.

People change with time. I'll talk to you about it in, let's say ... 20 years, here at BSN. It be probably ME 9 or 10 then. I hope Bioware still sticks around, I surely plan to. [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/whistling.png[/smilie]
I mostly play ME3 to blow off some steam, so I prefer to kill everything as fast as possible, and that's pretty much all there is to it for me. But I play other games in other ways, so there's no need to wait for 20 years for me to understand that one can play a game with a different mentality

Well, I'm sure it would be very easy to go sub 20 with the suppressor. One could even push it to 17-18ish, I think. It's the best anti infantry weapon in the game... The only thing the Valkyrie is better for is to kill bosses without a macro and/or an ammo crate next to you.
... But no, I'm not going to do that solo. And I agree that the Valkyrie's still better than the Mattock and the hornet.

People who can't aim tend to diss the valkyrie and big up the venom.
One requires just a little bit of aim to make into a good anti infantry weapon. The other is a mediocre weapon even though it requires no aim whatsoever.
Go figure.
To be honest, I'd take the Venom over the Valkyrie everyday.
Simply put, there is (more than) one gun that makes everything the Valkyrie does, but better.
On the other hand, there is no gun that does everything the Venom does. There is no shotgun that staggers every enemy it hits, applies ammo 100% of the time, and still does quite a bit of damage. There are guns that do each of those things better than the Venom does, but none that does all of them together. As a result, the gun's a perfect fit for an aggressive caster like, say, a Fury.
Sure, it's not an omnipotent gun like a harrier, and it's not a gun that goes well on a weapon class, but it has its uses. Plus, it's the only gun that can OHK a moving Phantom on host, as far as I know. Or maybe the Graal too, yeah...

GPS lacks AoE damage.

Are you trying to start a quote pyramid?
OT: the spitfire is the worst gun, it makes the GI bad and sluggish; swtiching targets with the gun is a pain in the arse!

Lol! What, exactly, of the words "still does quite a bit of damage" is not clear? XD You've got to put the GPS on the GI to start killing something in a timely manner. The Venom, on the other hand, can OHK on host moving Phantoms. Not to mention that the GPS can't stunlock and prime entire spawns of enemies, while the Venom does that in the easiest way possible.
The only things those two guns have in common are that they're both shotguns and projectile weapons, that's it.

I've done a few runs cerbie/white with mentioned weapons on a TSent (my crutch). I didn't record (because practice) but it was unnecessary, I didn't achieve my goal.
The best completed was ~45 with Supressor (scope+CTS) plus Hornet (stab+barrel), drill ammo 3.
The best attempt was insta-stab at 16 minute past wave 6 with Suppressor (mag+HVB).
Tried with mattock (mag+barrel), was quite impressed for first three waves (it's a year since I used it last time), ragequit at 7 (it was already 25 minutes and I didn't feel my trigger).
Hornet is not as bad at damage department, but burst-fire gun that requires on-host Turian AND recoil dampener to be usefull is a PITA.
Mattock is quite a decent gun, can be a great one if you are a Brood War Tournament champion. I prefer to save my trigger.
Suppressor, is a great mook killer, but it's ammo capacity is an issue. I was able to kill an atlas without ammo run, but it required constant triple-hits. And endless ammo-runs after mook spawn-clearing where very counterproductive.
Then I gave Valkyrie a second chance, slapped thermal scope + EB with AP3 ammo, set the lobby for rippaz, soloed first six waves and the gun actually clicked for me. It's a great mook killer, and is actually not so bad versus bosses. From now on I will use it from time to time. And it feels awesome. The sound, the reload.
Also my PPR TSent will probably always carry an ULM+CTS Suppressor in the future, with both targeting gear and consumables, dat combo just rapes collectors.
Yes, I take my words back, Valk is not bad at all, it's no PPR/Phoon but it has its niche even on plat (If you are into "clear the mooks first" thing). Though I wish it had some boss HS modifier.
So the worst UR is probably the Indra. Hipfire penalty kills it completely.

I don't really need to quickscope with my favorite Indra build
The Recon Mine slows enemies down, so I can kill most of them from long distance.
Also hipfire penalty doesn't affect the fact of ammo applying, and the damage done by detonating the Recon Mine and making FEs. So I have a reliable way to defend myself if someone comes too close, or I can run away safely because I'm playing the fastest kit in the game.

ehm, considering my GPS kills most, if not all mooks in 1 shot on me HE with the correct ammo it does "quite a bit of damage".
Venom is great and all, but it gets too much hype around here from what I've seen.

I second this....the GPS is not all that weak you are making it out to... though AOE priming and stagger is where the venom excels IMODHKany wrote...

I suspect you have a low level csmg, higher level csmg is a great caster weapon with its combination of bigger clip size, RoF, damage, Armor damage multiplier ( always use some sort of AP for this ), stability and weight. The others are weak though.UkranyannBR wrote...

The Indra sucks and one day you'll realize it, I guess. For now I'll just say that this is wrong, as the fastest kit in the game has not got recon mine as a power.

I should have been more specific, I guess. The GPS does good against nooks, but sucks at dealing with bosses. The Venom still holds his own against them.
