I play pug platinum 90% of the time so, maybe 50%

I sometimes husk farm (FBWhite Gold wave 1, die, repeat), which would bring down my % quite a bit.

I don't solo but there was a time before extra credit for extraction came along where just about no one lasted after completing wave 10 objectives... but afterwards I would say 97-99%

Not sure if you are joking or not, but just incase, I'm pretty sure MofuggerX meant that once he dies, the rest of the team promply wipes.  I've noticed much the same thing.  I get grabbed by a banshee, and within 30 seconds, the other three go down and game over.  Sometimes there is one other player who manages to hold the game together, but more often than not, my death = mission failure.  Which is kind of depressing since I'm not really all that great myself.

Only ever PUG and tend to drink while playing, so rate's probably only about 75% to 85%.
