I can't find the option to change e-mail addresses.

The web based interface for graffiti.net is malfunctioning, and they got rid of free IMAP access years ago. I can somewhat read the messages with Chrome, but it's glitchy and unusable on both IE and FIrefox under Windows 7 64-bit.

I'd like to switch to my ancient spam-laden Hotmail until they fix it, or a newly created gmail account. However, I can't find any option that lets me alter the e-mail address, possibly because it's also the username.

I know I'm missing something obvious, because people change e-mails all the time, epsecially when they move and change ISPs. There has to be a way, but I must have missed it on the various options.

Could somebody point it out to me exactly where to go to change my e-mail address?

Bump! This is important because what if you change ISP one day and lose that email address?

AFAIK, only an EA Game Adviser has that access any longer.

The forum has changed since I last logged in, there is now a section under settings labeled "Email & Password", however, when I click on that in Firefox, I get taken to the "reset password" screen.

 

Why  don't they label it "reset password" instead of "e-mail and password"? The latter implies I might be able to change my e-mail address, while the former seems to be all that clicking that box does.

 

If this is a glitch, which browser does it function correctly for?

The site authenticates using your Origin account. If you need to change your email address you have to do it on their site. This link should work:
http://ea.com/profile/

I know they had removed the email option at some point but it looks to be back now.

I've tried changing my email address but when I enter it , it says invalid, my email address associated with my ea /bio account was hacked last year so I can no longer use it,I changed my email address on psn but all my bioware/ea games are still synced to my old email.

I'm trying to change my original email for BSN and it keeps using my old email so I need to know what i can do about it?
