Well, I am back again having my hands full with yet another seemingly winless battle.  I say seemingly because I know that it is doable, I just don't know how.  Fighting the Arishok and his henchmen (I've yet to come across a female Qunari) has been a challenge.  I have read the Wiki strategy but that did not help. Does someone want to remote into my PS3 and take care of this for me?  There is coin available.....

I have gone back a few saves, hopefully I can buy enough healing potions to keep me alive long enough to finish this dude off.  The farthest we have gotten was down to two henchmen and the Arishok.  And the two henchmen were on on their way out.  I figured if I could get them out of the way and have one person still alive in my party, we could probably take care of the Arishok..

Speaking of potions, they are not as easy to come by (buy) as they were in previous versions of DA.

Well, healing potions are limited, but you can buy an infinite amount of elfroot potions and restoration potions.

Are you making good use of Cross-class Combos? I confess, I've fought that battle on Hard and didn't find it all that difficult. Remember, the qunari are slightly weak to cold and resistant to lightning and fire, so use Winter's Blast and Archer's Lance if you can.

My best advice is to eliminate the saarebas quickly and then the other qunari before finishing off the Arishok.

Another observation pertaining to the Qunari.  They must have devolved since DAO because they do not look anything like Sten.

The qunari were always intended to look as they did in DA2 but couldn't due to technical limitations. The official stance now is that some qunari like Sten are born hornless and some Tal-Vashoth remove them.
