Your lucky. I read the spoiler that connects the Collectors to the Reapers. I can believe i fell for it, the biggest spoiler ruined for me! Atleast the majority of the story isnt ruined for me just yet.

If you really care about keeping your forum spoiler free, you should have a look at Fockbox and Lunzy. They're ruining the experience for a whole lot of peolple by posting MAJOR spoilers without warning, intentionaly to ruin it for everyone, imo.

Why not just shut the forums down until release date? Surely there's something that BioWare can do - I've had something spoiled as well and while I don't feel completely let down, I won't be coming back to these forums.



What's worse is that the ****holes that have pirated this game are brazenly flaunting the fact!! What a joke. I'm outta here, I'll visit the website proper for updates, but the forums are a no go from today on.

I've spoiled myself tons by watching various live streams from people who've gotten ME2 early or pirated it. I just hate when people deliberately spam spoilers to try and ruin the surprise for those who are waiting to play it and find out on their own.

Because I can, and because I wanted to. There's only been one time where being spoiled for something ruined the excitement I had for it. 99.9% of the time, spoilers don't bother me in the least. I'll still enjoy the game just as much as I would have had I not known a single thing about the story.

Bioware did a great job with this forum.



First, they only create one forum for ME2. So people who want to talk about spoilers have to do it in the forum titled "NO SPOILERS". Then, they fail to moderate it in any way.



I am not a guy to whine about stuff online, but this is pretty weak.

Or just, you know, do their job over the last weekend before release, especially when there were already reports of leaks, pirates, and early sales.  Most people in professional positions would be expected to do that sort of thing.  Still, I managed to avoid spoilers, but I agree with others, its time to leave the forums if they can't control it.

Honestly, I'm somewhat amused by the people here shouting the game is now ruined to them. Some even going so far as stating they've cancelled their preorders.
I really couldn't care less about being spoiled as I like playing a game, not 'being surprised by the plot'. However, to each their own, everyone's entitled to their own opinions and all that. But to those who feel this way, why do you play a game? Or read a book or watch a movie for that matter? Just so that you can be surprised by the plot? (Rhetorical question, don't bother answering)

Anyway; relax people, take deep breath (and remember to exhale). If spoilers honestly bother you that much just stay away from the forums for a couple of days (for that matter, if you really are that bothered by it, why are you on frigging Internet anyway? ... Don't answer that either).
And if you allready have been spoiled: it's not the end of the world. Remember just a few more days and you can have fun playing the game.
