I did not think Shale, Sebastian, or Javik were "the most interesting" companions in their respective games so I have no reason to believe the day 1 DLC character will be at all superior to the other companions present.

I like the idea of this thread. All of you should just get all the whining and grumbling about day one DLC out of the way so the forum isn't filled with it the day it's announced.

Yes, I'm sure all of the dev's are sitting in their lush offices cackling about how they are going to cut content for the express purpose of day 1 DLC. I can almost hear them now in my deluded, conspiracy filled mind.

There WAS a tweet from one of the devs saying it is always hard trying to cut content.

The most logical thing to cut would be a character and then add them as a DLC.

Shale and Javik were awesome. Both did so much trolling.

Sebastian, on the other hand, had nothing interesting about him at all except the scottish MUHRRDURR accent and the Diablo Act IV armour. Hope that was just a one-time slip up, caused by content cuts.

personally i wish they would just stop making dlc, all the times my dlc wouldn't authorize is way to annoying, if they just put it in the base game or made an expansion and added stuff i'd be less stressed, dont get me wrong the dlc stuff was good, just the not authorizing or dlc dissapearing makes my head hurt

They're waiting until the OP reveals what he is most looking forward to the game, and will make that day on DLC.

Because everyone knows that day 1 DLC is content they specifically cut to ****** off the players and make them pay more.

If I buy a sandwich and it's gross, I pull a face, cut my (tiny) losses and move on with my life. I don't harp on a disappointing cheap purchase years later. Also though I enjoyed Sebastian a lot, (surprise! people have different opinions!)if I were so afraid of wasting my lunch money on him, I would have taken 5 seconds to look at YouTube clips of him and his DLC before deciding to buy.

There are still people complaining about the ME3 endings, go to other forums or youtube and you'll see.
People like to complain.
