Shepard renegade final speech :



It's so bad, like speaking to 3 year olds : " you fight or you die..."

Can you guys find something as bad as this one?

Aria's speech in the Omega DLC is the worst, not because of content, but because of Aria's delivery. If you got someone who knew how to deliver a speech and gave them Arias speech it would have been awesome. Even I could do a better job ffs.

That speech is far from terrible......please.

Nevermind Paragon foreshadows an aspect of the ending.

Do I have to dig up some of the more wonky ME1 script moments? This speech here is far better than those.

That scene has major bugs, that's part of the reason its not effective. That DLC lacked polish because bioware thought they could not go over 2 GB for the Xbox 360.

Aria's second speech is better, however, Aria does not have the personality to be a great speaker.

The speech before the suicide mission is far worse IMO. This one is not that bad, I think, though I'm not a fan of speeches in general.

I never did the renegade version of that speech. They're both pretty corny, but I think the paragon version is better. I can't be the only one that kind of enjoyed the speech in ME2 aboard the Normandy, though being accompanied to the beat of the awesome suicide mission theme intro helped it immensely.

Captain Kirrahe will always have the best one though. It was so bad it was good.

personally I think it was meant to be presented as a quirk in Kirrahe's character. and also meant to be amusing, like Mordin's "patter songs". it succeeded.

Shepard's speeches are the worst in any game.

His lines in ME3 are much more motivating than Hackett's speech before the fight.

But yes, it's all pretty underwhelming. Hackett's speech, for that matter, isn't very impressive either.

The speech is missing some historic message (even one that just ties the events in the games story together) to bring meaning beyond winning *THIS* fight.

I usually mix the speeches up with paragon and renegade choices to make it less, "kill kill win win."

I personally like Hacket's final speech mainly because he has such a great voice for speeches- my personal opinion, some people hate his voice for some reason . Aria is terrible at speeches, she is more of an intimidator than a motivational speaker, so I guess her speeches come close to the worst speeches of the whole series.

Shepard's characted hit me as being a good guy, his renegade speeches don't fit his profile as well as paragon,so his renegade speeches must rely on message rather than charm/persuasion. But the last speech he gave had short sentences and was too stereotipical.

Nothing will ever come close to the mind numbing speech that Shepard gives to TIM if you blow up the base, talk about the game ignoring the real reason I blew the thing up and creating just cringeworthy dialog...
