Also ive been looking everywhere on this for the support side so I can post this, but i couldnt find it, sorry im bit new at this.

weel for one theres a time period and two you gotta register the game to your BW account and three.make sure your game account is connected to your BW account

like my gamer tag that is connected, i think my game is registered and this account has been made for over a year. but whenever i click on N7 HQ it says that i dont meet the requirements
