The amount of times I get kicked is directly related to the amount of people I've tried to/have kicked. I've had to smooth talk and use the blackest parts of my soul, just not to get kicked. And I know, every time I am slain--I deserve it. I just take pleasure in the fact that others have been corrupted enough by me, to kick me back llooll. Ahhh, the hate.

Kicked by two gents yesterday. I was amused so I looked to see if their session was joinable, so I joined, got kicked again, then was double amused, so I joined again. When I didn't get kicked again I was disappointed, so I left.

Twice. Never knew why either time. I figure there's always another match going on somewhere. Still, I'd be a tad...perturbed at being kicked from my own lobby.

So, there are 2 ways to get kicked out of the game as far as I know.

1) Your teammates can all agree to kick you out
2) You fell asleep on your team and the game automatically kicked you out after a few minutes of inactivity.

The only time I got kicked out was for 2) because I did not realize that I was still in the lobby while I was away.

Several times for varying reasons; Kill stealing, "cheating", low N7, trolling glitchers, not camping, using an AA with a Talon, not using a mic, shooting bodies of team mates who bled out while "soloing", the list goes on.

Most times, I leave as soon as I see one or two kick votes. The most recent being yesterday where two friends tried score whoring all game. It obviously didn't work, and I can only assume they got mad once we were back in the lobby. The third player refused to kick me though, and I left of my own volition.

i've only been kicked once was playing lolbronze to get a low level class some xp, topped the scoreboard and had double the 2nd place's score then got kicked at the lobby.

Once. I guess they didn't think my n7 110 was enough for joining a gold game. (I was a lvl 20 HE).
Since then i promoted a bit and it never happened again.

I got some kick votes before games started for no apparent reason but usually they don't put the votes back when we return to the lobby.

I rarely get kicked from games in Mass Effect unless it's jokingly with friends (bias kick roulette ftw). I get kick votes but I don't get kicked. Then again I havne't been playing ME3 much since August let alone pugging.

A few times. Sometimes for no discernable reason, sometimes for being too slow (I tab out when I'm searching-for-games, tab back in to see myself kicked. Meh).
