Being Mr Pedantic here but... That is neither a salmon or a trout - the mouth is wrong. For a salmon the corner would align vertically with the eye and for a trout the corner would extend backwards past the eye (TR - ex angler (rubbish))

I was being generous, as there is a fin in the right position and allowing for the limitations of nwn. Just double checked with google images and apparently a shad doesn't have any sort of fin in that position.

No. I can vouch for that. I've SEEN one.

A Trout/Chicken Hybrid is an unsightly little spleen with a frill of feathers sticking out of its gill covers (operculum if we're still being icthyologically pedantic). What's more, they have a beak. Nasty little honkers.

After years of painstaking research carried out in the last five seconds, I now believe it to be a HERRING!

And before everyone tells me it looks nothing like a herring, consider that very broad double gill cover. The suspiciously broad double gill cover... A join? A seam?
YES!! It's a Herring wearing a de-luxe Trout Disguise Costume!


And, of course, there's ALSO a small Bonito Tuna dressed in a de-luxe Bass Disguise Costume, so you can dual wield an exciting combination of fish weapons!
And don't forget to tremble at the possibilities of Hellish Arcane Monster Death Trout Weapons of Doom which can deliver +20 magical energy damage AND fireball spells on hit... or whatever properties you so choose...

Suddenly, horrifyingly, PHoD is thinking of making an outrageously large, two-handed Trout Greatsword...

We do need a grenade weapon that resembles a fish - like Estelindis' thrown shoe. (Sorry, that was the first link to the shoes which google revealed)

How did I miss all this? PHOD I want that greatsword, with OnHit the shark takes a bite. Actually, perhaps a pike pole would be more suitable?
