I just got a Gold membership for the first time in a long time, and I went to search for some Multiplayer matches, but whatever I search for, I cannot find any lobbies or matches. Is there some sort of issue with the servers?

Make sure you have downloaded all the free MP DLCs.

You need to download all the free Multiplayer DLCs, as the game will only match you with people who have the same DLCs as you.
You need:
-Resurgence
-Rebellion
-Earth
-Retaliation
-Reckoning
They can be downloaded and installed in any order you want, but in order to be matched up with the entire playerbase, you need them all.

Okay, turns out I hadn't downloaded the Earth and Reckoning DLC yet. I'll download those and see if the problem resolves itself
