Liliana has a red -24 value added to her defense. I stripped her of all equipment and removed all buffs, and that is what she is left with. She has no injuries.

Any ideas what's causing it and how to fix it?

I do have some very common mods. Skip the fade, advanced combat tactics, Respec and vibrant colors.
