The Reapers huskified Protheans (you find ancient Dragon's Teeth in one of the side quests IIRC), so it is unlikely that humans are the only species able to be turned into husks. I'm guessing the reason why we don't see Turian, Salarian or Asari husks is the same reason we didn't see female aliens besides Asari. They exist, but a model for them was never developed.

Anyone else notice that we never see non-alien based husks? Why not Krogan husks?
I think this might have something to do with the Collectors' motives.
I kind of figured what Saren's transformation after he shot himself was what a Turian husk would look like. Just my thoughts though.
Think so, he wasn't entirely turned into a husk, but the implants where pretty much the same. As for the alien husks:
Actually you just encounter Husks only on planets inhabited or ships owned by humans, thus making it quiet reasonable, that you never encounter alien husk. Only in the citadel it's a great coincidence, that the two husks their are human shaped, but it wouldn't had made sense to create different husk-models for that single moment in the game, where you're focused on the main plot anyways.
However, it's to assume that dragon teeth where deployed by the geth in times before the alliance showed up on the galactic stage, so it's unreasonable to think they where designed to only turn humans into husks.
