Never said that, DS1-2-3 are the new survival horrors in charge ....but that campaign felt more like RE than previous entries or the other campaigns

Dude even the Leon campaign was riddled with bad gameplay and terrible QTEs.
It still felt more like RE than other entries
I really don't see how anyone could play Leon's campaign and think, "Yeah...this is survival horror."

XIII had closure, and it also kept in tone with the rest of the game. I don't see how XIII could be a worse ending.

I guess it's survival horror because you survived the game to your horror?
They beat the bad guy, Sasz got his kid back, Snow and Lightning got Serah back, and they were all smiling happy in the end. It was fitting to the happy and crappy tone of the entire game. Even if it was a bad ending, it was a bad ending to a bad game. But Mass Effect 3 was a wretched ending to a fantastic trilogy. There was nothing surprising about XIII's ending, nor was it a betrayal to it's fan. But ME3's was a holocaust of wrong.CronoDragoon wrote...

They undermined the central conflict of the game with a cop-out of epic proportions, to the extent that the plot of the ENTIRE SEQUEL is devoted to explaining and handwaving the utter stupidity of the ending. ME3's ending may have a lot of flaws, but letting the characters off the hook isn't one of them. If you also want to talk about characters saying idiotic things, FFXIII is pretty much the king of that. But this is going to turn into a digression, so I'll stop there.

funny thing is I might have liked playing me3's multiplayer, though I didn't do multiplayer at all because it seemed EA or BW was trying to force me into it. I don't give into duress, no matter what form it takes.
