I rather be arrogant and right, then simply wrong.
Ever thought that people bashing ME3 are arrogant as well and I am returning the favor?

Tali was added in because of fan demand, a few writers may have wanted her in the squad, but she was not originally intended for the squad
Quit dancing around the issue.
"We talked about not putting Tali in as a full squadmate and passionate people on the team were like 'oh, you gotta put Tali in. Tali's got to be there!' So thank Patrick Weekes and some of our writers for that," said executive producer Casey Hudson.
"We figured if he was passionate about it then there were other people passionate about it, so we put her in there."

Then why are you here, posting over and over again about it.
Is ME3 hatred your obsession?

No, ignoring clear facts against criticisms is arrogance.

I didn't say I hated ME3, I said it had numerous faults, many of them quite odious. You do know the difference correct?

sounds like bashing to me....
Nevermind you claim faults continuously when there is evidence against your claims.

I don't hate ME3 at all, I love certain aspects, but I'm not shy of letting the faults be known. Cerberus as a whole, the core cast from ME2, certain score elements, the character creator, auto dialogue, etc. I can go on. I can list the positives too, but that's boring!

How is Cerberus a fault? They are supposed to represent the dark side of humanity and how this darkness can undermine humanity. They have a clear role in the story and the themes of the series.
Autodialogue isn't a fault, its your preference. You just don't like it. I actually do, and the Citadel DLC is a winning example on why autodialogue works.
And once again, most ME2 characters simply are not important to the grand plot, hence this is why they have smaller roles. Just because you like a character a lot doesn't mean they should be given equal time.

But here is the thing, many here wants to ignore or understate ME1 and ME2's flaws, while exaggerating ME3's.

So any kind of criticism, even if it's constructive is 'bashing'.
Those kinds of people are the ones that need the most bashing.
And I believe to deny any kind of criticism is called droning.
