lol. That would be great.
If they are cool enough models, i might actually buy one or two. A darkspawn Ogre would be cool.

Rape, burn, behead, mutilate, or simply show off in public.
That´s just what came to my mind within a few seconds after reading, I bet the ones actually buying such a thing would come up with A LOT more perversions.

And +1 to the 'changeable crystals' suggestion. Then, turn her loose on your little sister/niece/random child's Bratz and enjoy the carnage.
Also, cuddly Mabari plx.
And of course, no action figure line-up would be complete without Alistair - now with lamppost licking action!
Edit: why do my posts always come out double-spaced? Grr.

That's been getting on my nerves as well. Posts can also come out with canceled Line-Breaks.Laurelinde wrote...

A Shale Action Figure would rock! I gotta an idea for a commercial for it too... Show a commercial of the Shale Action Figure ripping Barbie Dolls apart!

They do that because collector's often pose their figures in dioramic scenes, and figures like Genlocks are collected in bunches (they are often called "army builder" figures) meant to represent groups like might be typical in a story/video game/movie that might ambush your heroes. Like in Da:O, hordes of Darkspawn, in LOTR, orcs and goblins, that kind of thing. The manufacturers like making them, because collectors will often buy a half dozen or more at a time.Suzene wrote...
I never quite understood the logic behind action figure lines. I know that the target audience is supposed to be largely made up of completionists, and I know DC direct is going to win either way if there's any demand for these, since they sell by case and don't care if the genlocks sit on store shelves collecting dust. But still what would it hurt to just make the whole first wave named characters that people might want and skip the generic baddies? Heck, if they want to make a whole wave of stand-out bad guys -- Fade demons, the Broodmother, etc. -- that would rock, but I just don't get why they always have to include cannon fodder. I've killed more than 1000 genlocks in pixels. They're just not that special.
On a side note, if this series succeeds, those figures that you guys are wishing for just might show up in future waves. I imagine it will work out in each wave something like this first one, some sort of mix of good-guys and bad-guys and monsters, with perhaps larger and extra fancy figures (ogres and demons, broodmothers, dragons, for example) as "special editions".

Then again, those are hopefully not the finished versions of the figures.
I would buy a 12" Hurlock, though. One of those "posable figures with 30+ points of articulation!" That would be something to put beside the monitor, and that Gollum figurine I have, always staring at me as if I would take away the fish in his hand.
He also must have exchangable hands to hold the multitude of darkspawn weapons. The two axes, the maul, the mace, the two swords, the two shields, the crossbow, the dagger, the two bows. But the bows should really be four. Two without bowstrings, for those who want to stay true to the game
