I am curious what happens if you skip Tali's loyalty mission in ME2. How do the Admirals greet Shepard in ME3? My only experience with meeting with them is either with a non-import game, which assumes you have met them before (I think) or with an import game where I did Tali's mission. I know there reaction to Legion changes depending on whether you brought him to Tali's tiral. How do the interact with Shepard if this is the first time they have met him/her?

It probably just skips Raan's "it's good to see you again" line, then proceeds to explain their actions in the most vague and unsympathetic way possible.

I've done this, but I don't even remember much about it. It's not worth bothering with, I'll say that much. You'll get more out of doing Tali's mission. You'll get more out of doing any mission, in fact (at least when it comes to ME2).
