Everyone is leaping on this http://static.cdn.ea.../12/IMAGE05.jpg image and claiming Dorian is confirmed. I don't know anything aout game development, but I'm willing to bet they won't reveal a character this way. It is much more likely to be a elven placeholder. They tend to be bald.
his necklace in the very upper left hand corner picture, looks like a little santa-elf shoe.

Though I think I like it somewhere between image 2 and image 3... too much pale in image 3.
I'm pretty sure Image 3 has a white transparency over it to allow the notes to stand out for the artists.

I don't think bald elf guy is Dorian since a few devs had absolutely no clue who he was so it's not boding well for him, and Gaider already said that the character's in the survey either don't exist anymore, changed dramatically or weren't companions at all.
I do think bald elf guy is a companion given the number of times we've seen him and that he was present in the party but I don't think he's Dorian, nor do I think it's a reveal, it seems like they are showing off how the iconic look will change and using a elven model.
Is that the cover of the Masked Empire?
Yeah, it looks similar to that picture of Celene on the cover. Nice catch.
I think it's above Morrigan in the screenshot in the palace.
Yes it was above Morrigan in the screenshots, but it's not the palace it's Halamshiral Celene's home and former capital of the Dales.
I'll post an image shortly.

Anyway it definitely seems like Red Cliff, the tress look good and so do the tattoos besides the middle one.

Holy crap Qunari tattoo are fugly.
They got the Darkspawn treatment. "Once, we were hardcore. Now we look kinda silly."
I didn't mind this with the Darkspawn because I kinda thought they WERE silly but I hope the NPC Qunari still look hardcore.

If the guy in image05 isn't the elven male companion that appeared in concept art before, I will go out, buy a top hat and eat it without seasoning.
The wolfskin over the shoulder seems to be his signature robe.
Ew. This is unfortunate. Doubly so if he takes up a LI spot.

What I really like is that the game seems to have a deliberately artistic/painterly look to it instead of going for some sort of grainy brown "looks like a movie" "realism". When I first saw the screenshots I thought they were concept art. Very cool.
Yes, I like that too.

Not likely, my friend.

I don't like the qunari they've shown, but it's just the large eyes and and lips, something we could always change in the CC. I do wish they'd just show us the female qunari though, everyone knows what male qunari look like in the games.
Id like to see a in game pic of a female inquisitor of any race, they all seem to be male so far.

I'm glad they decided to show off a couple of forested scenes - they're shaping up very nicely. Some nice grass and foliage density as well as some nice tree textures. Still needs a little work on the path to make it not quite so flat but they've got time....

Again, some nice textures and density. Although this shot has a yellowy-green wash to it, almost like late day light but not matching up with what's happening in the distant background (sky looks oddly dark). Wouldn't mind seeing some more color variation in the grass to help break up the uniform green.

I'm a big proponent of color and light to set a scene and this is a good example where the color and light help set the mood. Love the streaming light coming in from the window contrasting with the much warmer light coming from the fireplace. And just how the light falls from the fireplace looks great.

Contrast the previous image to the much cooler palette of this cellar(?) scene. Great mood with the filtered light streaming in from the ceiling and the darkened corridors branching away from it.

You can actually see outside. Windows being... window-like!
That and bottles seem to have a wood texture applied... and cheese!

If that's what you want on your DAI playthrough that's fine.
Not what I want on mine.
I would like to believer most DAO players saved Redcliff. And that's the canon.<_<<_<

A female Qunari will be the last one we see. Bioware knows the hype surrounding finally getting to see an in-game shot of a female Qunari, they will milk the hype out of that for all it's worth.
